why does cc keep interrupting my writing by telling me they could not save my most recent changes and i have to refresh my screen? each time i have to figure out what it saved and didn't save and get back on track. very frustrating (along with other annoying wonky cc things)

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email! Do you have any plugins running on your browser? Are you seeing this error message appear with your email in a different browser or a private/incognito window? We have seen cases where users receive the same error message you have described. In fact this is an defect we are still in the process of troubleshooting. So having this information along with your Internet Service Provider is helpful information for us to track. Another workaround we suggest besides testing in a different browser is to actually recreate your email in a brand new email template. I apologize for any inconvenience either of these workarounds may cause.
