opt-in confirmation web page, new logo

I am using opt-in to confirm new signups from my organization's website.

When clicking the "confirm" link in the confirmation email, it redirects to a Thank You page that has the old logo for my organization.

How do I update the logo on the Thank You page people see after confirming opt-in?

I have already deleted the old logo file from the Library. I have also reviewed the Update Profile form and it uses the new logo, but these have not solved the issue.

I'm sorry for the difficulty we've had getting this corrected for you so far.  It seems that you've run into a relatively rare system issue.  Our development team is aware of the problem and working on a solution, in the meantime though I've manually updated that image in your account.  If you check that confirmation page again, it should have the image you'd selected on your 'My Settings' page while troubleshooting earlier.

My question related to the website that people are directed to from the confirmation email, not the content of the confirmation email itself.

 

The old logo is on the page that appears after people have clicked the confirm link in the confirmation email. How do I adjust the logo on that page?

Thank you for that information. I believe the problem you are encountering is actually on the My Settings option. If you go into the Organization information on that page, there is an option for Organization logo that can be removed or changed so that you don't see the previous logo. Please feel free to reach out should this not work.

Thank you for your assistance. However, that did not solve the problem either.

I have checked the logo file on our Organization information page under My Settings and it has the new logo, not the old logo. So, this did not resolve my issue. 

Any additional suggestions?

Hello. I think my account may be affected as well. I have the new logo under organization information, but a very old version appears. Can you help? Thank you.

I was able to look at your account and I did see an old logo appearing on your Update Profile form. Once you update the form with your new logo, it should appear properly. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions or if you are still seeing this logo appear elsewhere. It would also be helpful if you could include a screenshot to assist us with further research.

I'm having the same problem. The logo was updated a few years ago, yet our old logo still appears on the Thank You page after someone signs up for our email list. I followed your instructions to delete our new logo and then add it back again, thinking that might kick start it, but it did not. Could you please look into our account and fix this for us, too? I have looked at your account and the new image is now showing on the update forms. This change is under the Sign-Up Forms tab on the main menu and then choosing  Basic Landing Pages.

I'm having the same problem @NourishPierceCounty was having a couple of years ago. I've updated the logo in all the settings and confirmation emails, however, when people click the 'confirm subscription' link, the thank you page shows our very old logo. Images attached. Thanks for any help you can provide! - Victoria

It doesn't look like the images you uploaded are coming through, but I went into your account and updated the logos on the legacy landing page and update profile forms to what is currently listed under your My Settings Organization Info.

 

Can you check the confirmation page, and confirm whether or not the proper logo is showing on the thank you page now?

I reached out to my higher level technical team. They're going to do some more digging to see if they can figure out why the old logo still persists. The agent I assigned it to should be following up with you in the next 2-3 business days, once they've had time to investigate and test it. You may also see your subscriber number increase and decrease a few times while they're testing. They'll be emailing the account's main email address when they do update.

Hello, I'm also having this issue. The Confirm Subscription link goes to a page that has an outdated header. I've updated this image everywhere I can think of, but I can't seem to get this to change:

It sounds like you're going through a similar issue as one I worked with earlier in this thread. It's related to a really weird, sporadic glitch that our engineers are still investigating. With that said, the higher level technical team is going to look into your situation and do a little more research before confirming the glitch, as well as to test a few different workarounds only they can do. You may also see your subscriber number increase and decrease a few times while they're testing.

 

They should be following up to your account's primary email address within the next four business days.
