I cannot save edits to the org details. It says to fix errors below, but no errors are highlighted or indicated, so no idea what to fix.

Typically this error is referring to an issue with the physical address - such as the state/province selection or zip code. When you go to edit the physical info, are you seeing any discrepancies or errors in those sections?

No, the details were all provided and nothing was highlighted as being incorrect or missing. So I closed out of that and when the page refreshed, the information I entered, previously flagged as incorrect or incomplete, was all there. That resolved my problem, but there obviously was an error at your end.
