Hi Before sending a new email campaign to customers, we sent a test mail to ourselves and although CC states the mail has been sent, it does not show in our inboxes. We also set up a contact list of just our e-mails and sent it to that list and again, nothing arrived. It is not showing in 'Clutter' or 'Junk' folders. Can you please advise if we are doing something wrong. We have used CC for other campaigns in the past with no issue. Thank you
I apologize that you are not receiving your test email. Checking you junk folder is always a good first step when you are not receiving them. We do suggest checking your spam and junk folders. Have you also tried sending your email to a different email address or one with a different domain?

Thank you for responding. Our company server was blocking the mails as spam - our IT department has resolved this for us.
