Hi,
I have several email lists in my constant contact. One general one for my business and two for specific parts of my business. There is some overlap in the lists. Occasionally I want to send an email to everyone on both lists. Is there way to make sure the people on both lists don't get the email twice? I'm trying to avoid cluttering their inbox too much, because then things get overlooked.
Hello @AngeliaB5 ,
By default, a contact should only receive a copy of an email campaign once, unless explicitly re-sent to. So if you have a single campaign going out to multiple lists, and some contacts are in several of those lists, they'll only receive one copy of the campaign.
They'd only receive multiple copies if they don't open the initial email and you set it up for Resend-to-Non-Openers, or you do a Quicksend.
