We’ve made MFA a requirement on all accounts, because MFA keeps your account safe and secure. Once enrolled, you cannot be unenrolled. The frequency at which you need to verify prior to logging in is tied to your network / IP. If you're running a VPN that regularly changes IPs, or if you're regularly clearing your cache, or if you're regularly using Incognito/Private browsing then you'll likely need to go through verification more often. There may also be other factors with your network or devices used that may affect the triggering of the MFA verification.
Unlike the MFA, the change password prompt should not be occurring with the same frequency - is that something you are running into on a regular basis?
