If they make me change my password ONE MORE time i'm out of this program

Generally speaking, we shouldn't be asking you to change your password so much that it would be a burden. If your account is locked due to failed login attempts, then you may be asked to reset your password. If you notice that happening often, it may be worth seeing if you have any integrations set up with your Constant Contact account that have the wrong credentials and causing your account to lock, or try changing your username to something different.
