used to be i couldcall and do this over the phone now i am not able to less than happy

Hello @KarynDianeK ,

 

Is there a particular reason you're needing to call in? Is there a reason you're unable to call in now? The standard has been to login to your account, confirm your payment info and preferred plan setup, and then submit like any other subscription-based model.
