I am trying to change the way in which I pay my bill. I have attempted the change three times and it has not been accepted.

Hello @PattiP40 ,

 

Are you receiving a specific error message when you try to submit your payment? Are you having issues on the page where you enter the new payment info, or on the confirmation page? Are you able to call billing or general support to have them securely update your payment method?
