payment nt going through

Hey, I been signuped with  and my paypal billing email is , I deactivated my acc last month and now trying to reactivate with paypal payment but due to some reasons its not going through. Can you advise me how to tackle with this. Jim.

So sorry this is happening! Are you receiving any error messages or being redirected to the Plans & Pricing page instead of processing the payment? Because we cannot go into your account's billing details here in the Community, I would suggest reactivating your account with a different payment method and then change it to PayPal once reactivated. You also can contact our Billing Department directly. One of these agents can help you reactivate your account!
