payment problem

i have changed payment method, and paid last bill, why i cannot set ?

Hello @ElaineZ59 ,

 

Our system is showing you as using a different payment method and that charge being applied properly as of today. Are you running into any specific error message you can copy-paste or screencap for us (without exposing your billing details)?
