We would be happy to help point you in the right direction. The good news is your can suspend your account for a nominal monthly fee based on your amount of contacts. Suspending the account would allow for you to work on your campaigns and manage your contacts though you would not have the option to send emails. You also can reset your password through the "Forgot password" link on the login page of Constant Contact.
