Hello @PattyN92 ,
You can set up your prepayment from within your account's UI. Just click on your name in the top-right corner, click My Account, click Edit for your payment plan, then select which prepayment you want to commit to. You can also do this through the Plans & Pricing page if you'd like to select a different plan (Email vs Email Plus) to be prepaid for.
