payment

Hello, I just received notice that I have an outstanding payment of $1.80 but CC has been deducting payments from my account for about 12 years now. I'm not sure why there would be anything outstanding, when it is your billing department that takes the money. Could you please kindly check and get back to you. Thank You! Marnie

Hello @MarnieG7 ,

It looks like the missing amount was due to state/province taxes being newly applied, after the pre-bill had already been charged to the payment info on file. You can "update" your payment info to the exact same credentials to force the payment through, or the system should just automatically add it to the adjusted billing (including tax this time). I'd also recommend calling our Billing team, just to see if they have any additional insight for you, or to see if they can provide why taxes are just now applying to your account.
