Why does a photo I have inserted into my newsletter not show up on the recipient's end?
Thanks.
Hello @RebeccaJ847 ,
Is your contact prompted to show or download the photo at all? Depending on what they use to view their emails, images in emails may be blocked / hidden until they explicitly allow them to show (a standard in a lot of desktop Outlook programs). It may also come down to authentication, safelisting our domains, and/or safelisting your email address.
Hi, thanks. No, there is no prompting. There is just an empty space instead of a photo. Additionally, this is the first time this has ever happened. I have sent numerous newsletters with photos and have never had this issue.
Rebecca
Hello @RebeccaJ847,
A good place to start is to have them check the settings in their email client to make sure that their images are enabled to display. Please select this helpful article here for more information! Thanks.
