Hello @RabbiNaftaliH.G ,

 

I looked at your account's Library, and there's definitely PNG images that have been made from your PDF downloads. If you're unable to see these images at all when viewing your Library or trying to add them to your emails, you're likely running into a connectivity issue, such as a caching error.
