poll & survey in same email

i have attempted to put a poll and survey in the same email in order to have the option to receive a written response.  in Click-Through Distribution it says all poll questions plus the survey question was clicked but i shows no results.  The results in Click-Through Distribution show a link to the thank you pages.  Under Clicks in reporting it also shows the links for each poll question

Some of your contacts may be running a security program that "clicks" in emails to check them for malware. Unfortunately at this time there isn't a way to mitigate such click reporting.
