pre header issue

A Pre Header line does not appear anywhere that I can edit. I looked it up in the Help tab, and it seems that I should be able to see it right under where I edit the Subject line. But, a Pre Header option does not exist on that page when I view it. However, if a template I select has a pre header included with it, that line of text is sent out with my emails whether or not it matches what I create, and I have no way to edit or remove that line of text. I'm not sure what the problem is that I cannot see or edit Pre Headers.

When editing your email, you should be able to edit the header by clicking in that area. From there you can edit the preheader text as desired. The preheader isn't an available editing option on the email's scheduling page or on the app at this time.

Thank you for the response. There was no place anywhere to edit the Pre Header. I had already looked at that same help topic you just shared. There was no header editing area on my screen when creating an email. I contacted customer service. Apparently, it was an error in the system. They were able to fix my issue, and now I have the header editing area on my page when I create emails.
