Hello @Montrealer ,

 

When you're prepaying, there's two ways to set it up. The normal way is to change your payment plan, either by selecting the option on your My Account page, or through the Plans & Pricing page. The other method is meant for those who need to pay with a physical check, which instead generates a prepayment invoice for printing/downloading or emailing.

 

By going through the normal method as displayed in the first linked article, are you able to see the submit button?
