I have been using your services for many years and do not remember being advised of increase in fees. I remember paying around and now is too much for my small business. How do I go about withdrawing membership or is it possible to return to lower fee option?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Your monthly bill is a combination of the pricing plan you've selected plus the number of active contacts in your account. Your pricing may increase because the number of your contacts increased, you purchased a Plus Campaign, or because of changes made to your payment plan. However, for your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community. If you have any further questions, please call in to our Billing Department. One of our Billing support agents can help look into the charges on your account.
