The RAAHC has ALWAYS been a non-for profit organisation. You have previously applied a discount for a yearly payment. Without advice yo have changed to $45 per month. Can you explain why you no longer treat the RAAHC to not for profit pricing

Based on your Billing history you switched from prepayment to monthly payments last year. You can set you account back up for prepayment from within your account. If you need to discuss your billing in more explicit detail, please call our Billing team directly so they can securely address your needs.
