Some of our survey takers are receiving the following message when attempting to save their responses:


"We're sorry you have already taken this survey."


However, this is not the case - they are new participants. I have checked "Yes" to the setting of "Allow multiple responses from the same computer?" (applicable to our circumstances.)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!


In most cases, this is a simple fix. When you are creating a link to your survey be sure to take special notice of the last word in this link. If the word is "Start" then you are all set. If not, the alternative word of "Questions" is likely being shown. This means that the link has already been visited and unique to the person who had originally visited this link.


The fix for this is to copy the webpage link from your survey again and send out a corrected communication with this link. Once again, making sure that the link ends in the word "Start."
