It'll largely depend on the settings of your own email client. For example, most free email services (Gmail, Yahoo, Live, etc.) will have settings to set a profile pic to be associated with an email address. This is generally honored and shown by the receiving email client, though some systems' settings (especially corporate and/or government ones) will explicitly not include this. Ultimately, it wouldn't be something that could be set up in our system though, as it's explicitly tied to the sending address.
