I am having difficulties saving and closing out a block. Your program has been going in suspension for a few weeks now and it is taking me 3x longer to update my weekly campaigns. Please fix this internal issue. Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email campaign. I can understand how important it is to easily create your email campaigns and apologize this has not been the case. Does this happen with more then on block in more than one campaign? What browser are you working in? I would suggest testing your campaign in a different browser or a private/incognito window. Doing this helps determine if there are any 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works.
I it also appears you are still working in our previous Legacy Editor campaigns. We have seen cases where copying and reusing a template in this editor too often or too much can cause formatting issues. Are you copying a previous email or creating a brand new one? If you are copying an email that has been reused often I would suggest testing a new email through the Create button to see if this experience still occurs.
