Hello @LindaT9035 ,
Blocked bounces are defined as:
When an email address bounces as blocked, the ISP has decided not to deliver to it. This is usually due to reputation, content (images, links, text strings, etc.), or a policy/filter on the recipient’s end. |
You can find more information regarding managing and preventing bounces in our main article on the topic. That link for the ISP delivery will also have further helpful info regarding how to circumvent / prevent such a bounce, if those contacts are ones you really want to engage with. Otherwise blocked bounces are recommended for removal by our system.
If you're seeing an inordinately large amount of blocked bounces, I'd recommend speaking with our Delivery team for specialized insight and assistance.
