Hello @ShylaB. I see that you did engage in a chat with our support team and it looks like the issue was resolved. If you do run into trouble again with copying and pasting your contacts, I do have a few suggestions. Make sure that your contacts are separated either by a space or by commas. If the Continue button is disabled, this usually means that one of the contacts that you pasted in has an error, such as missing the @ symbol or having .co instead of .com. This contact will be highlighted in a light red color and you should be able to click on the contact to edit it.
