So frustrating...I have an important client that is not receiving emails..he even authored one...I found he had "Unsubscribed" but I cannot, for the life of me, find the "Resubscribe" feature show in your so called "Help Video"
This new Contact menu stinks!
I can understand how important it is to easily resubscribe contacts who wish to be added back. How did this contact get unsubscribed, where they originally unsubscribed by the contact themselves? If so, why did the contact unsubscribe (accidental or not)? How did the contact originally subscribe? These are helpful details to have as we are collecting feedback on this resubscribe process. In the meantime, you are correct, our updated contact design does not currently provide the option to resubscribe a contact. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! The workaround we suggest is to send the unsubscribed contacts a link to your Sign Up Form so they may resubscribe through there.
