When transferring my selected photos from MY COMPUTER to the CAMPAIGN FOLDER, the program automatically rotates the "portrait" photos counter clockwise. I then have to manually go back and rotate each one which is annoying and extremely TIME CONSUMING.
Also, when transferring the "now manually rotated" photos to the Campaign folder, the jpeg number drops off and I have absolutely NO POINT OF REFERENCE. More time wasted + often a cause of errors.
Hi LesleyC09!
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! When we see images changing their orientation upon upload it is usually photos taken with mobile phones, and caused by orientation of the phone when the picture was taken.
As you have discovered, it can usually be fixed after the image has been uploaded by using the image editor to rotate the image. Another workaround is to take a screenshot of the image and save it in paint to remove the orientation of the image and upload that version. I have also uploaded images directly from my phone to the Constant Contact library using the mobile app, and pictures taken in landscape or portrait mode upload with correct orientation.
We are working on getting this fixed, and it would be helpful to know the following:

Hello. As a rule, the photos turned over are taken on the phone. It happens for various reasons, but the easiest way to avoid such a situation is to open the photo in the photo viewer, move it to the correct position, click save. After that, I am sure it will save the foto in the desired orientation. Tell me, do you photograph professionally or as an amateur? I recently decided to take up professional photography and was recommended to www.aperfectspace.com to find photoshoot locations. Are there those who used it? Is it that good?
