Our nonprofit sent out an email yesterday (12/5), and in reviewing the bounces, I noticed that, strangely, there were 14 "suspended" bounces to the same high school URL. I spot-checked several of the email addresses, and they are all still active. It's not an issue of blocked email -- I checked the history of a few of the subscribers, and I found that they had opened the email before this one, which was sent out on 11/28. So these emails could not have been suspended due to being undeliverable.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I apologize these contacts are bouncing as suspended. Emails can become suspended from any Constant Contact account sending emails to it. So, even if you've sent successfully to an address in the past; if the contact becomes Suspended in any Constant Contact account, it will become Suspended on your account.
I took a look at these contacts in your account and can see they although they are marked as suspend, they are not being blocked in our system. These contacts are still marked as available to send. Because of this I would suggest having them whitelist Constant Contact.
