When one of my listed subscribers forwards my initial message to a third party and that party clicks "Unsubscribe" my listed subscriber is unsubscribed and receives no further messages from me? Also there is no notification to my listed subscriber or to me that this has happened. This is a real problem!!!

This is an issue that we are aware of and this is why do not support Forwarded emails within Constant Contact. our solution for this would be to add the individual onto you Constant Contact list if they are interested in receiving emails.
