What is "other" on my Bounce list???

That's a great question! Sometimes an ISP doesn't use a standard error message when they send back the bounce response code - we categorize these bounces as "Other". Here's what we recommend doing with those contacts:

  1. Get in touch with the contact to see if they have a new email address. 
  2. If you know the address is correct, you should contact our Support Team to troubleshoot.

If the address keeps bouncing, you should remove it from your lists.
