reCAPTCHA Connection

My Lead Generation Landing Page will not work on our iPad. We use the page to get gets to sign up for our newsletter when the visit the business. The Landing Page works for others, and I understand that, however it will not work for our iPad. The message we get is 
"Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service. Please check your internet cnnection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge." 

 

I just keep getting told this is an issue on our end. Has anyone else experience this problem and do they have a solution? It happens on both Safari and Google Chrome.

I certainly apologize that you are running into this! Just to confirm, this is through a lead generation landing page, and not through the form on your website, correct? I know you mentioned it was only on your end, but I did go ahead and test it out on my end too, and it's not returning any kind of error for me. 

 

Are you able to disconnect from your current network/WiFi, and connect to a different one or use data to see if the issue still occurs? If that fixes it, it could be a network issue. I'd recommend safelisting Constant Contact's domains and IP addresses within your security system to see if that helps.
