I would like to know the reason of cancelling the account specially when you charged $ to my card  days ago on

Hello @user441984 ,

 

Our records are showing that your refund was just processed earlier today. Additionally, we have a Billing case where you explicitly requested to have the account cancelled and refunded. Were you wanting something different?
