reinstating a contact

Please write to me with some SIMPLE instructions that really work to reinstate a contact.  I am too busy to have to research and read all the emails.  The one I found does not work for me and the contact would like to see the church emails.  I have resorted to forwarding her individually with the email that goes to my personal email account.

It appears one of our representatives responded to your previous email with direction on how to resubsribe a contact! If you'd like we can resend the email if your did not receive it!

I also cannot reinstate a previously-inscribed client. How is this done?

 

Hello @RobertO66,

 

If your contact has unsubscribed, you can send them a link to a landing page in the account in a personal email outside of Constant Contact so they can sign themselves up again. Thanks!
