My church (Woods Memorial in Severna Park, MD) is using Constant Comment; my personal email is with Earthlink. I don't know when Woods started using Constant Comment but just in the last week or two I stopped getting email from Woods. The "technical" secretary says she has seen some of my emails returned with "undeliverable (sic.) for symbols notice on emails going to your account." (I don't understand that!) I asked Woods to switch to my Apple email and I'm getting their stuff now. But, my wife only has an Earthlink account and is still not receiving church emails. Earthlink has a some aggressive security options; I use the highest level, including a SPAM filter. (My wife does not!) Woods' email addresses are on my "white list" and I've been receiving them all along (until recently). They are not showing up in my SPAM filter (which I review regularly). They seem to be sent back to Woods with some sort of message; I don't have access to that, only third had via our secretary. I suspect some incompatibility between your company and Earthlink but I'm not able to diagnose it or devise a fix. Can you help?
