Hello @AnnS05. Right now, only draft emails can be renamed. I am sorry that you are not able to rename your sent emails but I know that this is something that other customers like yourself has requested to be put in as a feature into their accounts. I will put in feedback on your behalf to our developers so they know that this is still something that you would like to see.
I think Ann meant that when viewing your list of Campaigns there is no 'Rename' option under the Actions button - even for your Draft items.
A work-round is to go to the 'Schedule" option and from there you will see a 'Edit Name' link underneath the Campaign name. This works for Draft items only.

I am sorry to hear you were getting an error when trying to change the name of your campaign while in edit mode. That is certanly not what we want! Is there any chance you could share with us what error message you were getting? If it involves any sensitive information you are welcome to email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Please include your username, the name of the campaign you had issues with, and if possible a screenshot of the error message.
I would also like the option to rename a sent campaign. I noticed that I had put the wrong date on the campaign after I sent it out, and it would really help with organzation if I could go back and fix that error.

Hello and thank you for reaching back out to the Community! We do apologize if you’ve been experiencing error messages when trying to rename your campaigns. If you could provide us with a screen shot of the errors you are seeing we would be happy to look into this matter for you!
I apologize that this error is still appearing. When you try and rename your draft email campaign, are you renaming it something different than any other email campaign in your account? I was able to go into your account and rename an email campaign "Support Copy ZH." If you are giving a draft email a name that you have also used for a past email, it will give you that error message.
I apologize you are still seeing this error when you're attempting to rename your campaign. To further assist you I'd like to ask you a couple of questions. Does the issue replicate in a different browser other than the one you regularly use? Will attempting to rename a campaign in your browser's incognito/private mode allow you to successfully rename the campaign?
Hi @ASGC. I created a new email from our template picker while working in Chrome and was able to rename it successfully. Jon previously asked if you had tried to rename a campaign while in an incognito window to see if a plugin in Chrome is causing this issue. Have you been able to attempt this and if so, did it help?
