renewed my account

I renewed my account about five or six weeks ago and now it's telling me that my account has not been renewed and I can't find any helpline or anything else to try to figure out what's happening.

Hello @RichardD954. I took a look at your account and I'm not seeing any messaging that would indicate that anything needs to be updated. Although we can't discuss your specific billing or account status here in the Community, I would recommend contacting our Billing team so they can make sure you're good to go.
