the resend to non openers option is not working! The screen just goes blank

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! We will need some additional information to troubleshoot this issue.

  • Did you schedule the email to Send Now, or Schedule For Later?
  • Did you select Resend to Non Openers when you initially scheduled the email, or after?
  • What browser are you using?

You may want to call in to our Support team for on the spot troubleshooting for this issue. They will  be able to do a screen share if you like so they can see the issue as it happens.
