i sent him the link from your site, he clicked on it, it said he was resubscribed, but he remains "awaiting confirmation"  !  what now?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your request! I was able to fix the status of that contact, so now they are properly subscribed. You will have to restore them to the list/s they were in before being unsubscribed. Hopefully this solved your request, but if not, feel free to reach out again, or by using any one of these methods!
