how do you place an rsvp on an invitation that already has a rsvp for attendance.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I see in your account a few events that customers can register for. That one "Register Now!" link is the one option we have for this invitation specifically. Can you give us some more information about what you are trying to accomplish so we can do some additional research on this? Thank you!

After looking more into the help section of Constant Contact, I found the answer by putting a multiple choice question block on my registration form.
