segments don't sync

I am creating segments but they don't sync. It says that my criteria selection doesn't match any criteria. It matches when I just use one but if I add more then that then it doesn't.

I see what you mean. For your Southwest States segment it looks like you're using the "AND" operator between State fields. Meaning a contact would have to have California AND Arizona and the other states listed in their profile in order to meet the criteria. Since every contact has one state listed, none will meet that criteria. Instead, if you edit the statement and use the + OR button, you should be able to list the states using the "OR" operator. That way, it will show a contact if they have their state listed as California OR Arizona, etc.
