sign-up form

It seems there is no place in the account where we can name the form we create. The title field is really a headline. The coding behind the scenes seems to create the "title tag" (what appears on the browser tab). To allow people to use these forms in a variety of ways, you need to allow us to edit the title text.

Hi @JulieL34

Where in your sign-up form are you looking to edit its name? Users can access an edit icon through clicking the three dots to the right of the current landing page name. Does this help fit you needs?

I probably mis-led you by calling it "sign-up form"--it actually is our sign-up form but it's designed as a landing page. So I don't get that picture you show that appears in the pop-up form category. I do get an edit button under "actions," but there is no field that seems to control the title tag (the one that would appear in the browser tab or title bar). There is a field called "title" for the headline, but that text appears to be used only for the headline of the form. The title is different and appears to be generated from somewhere else where our company name appears, rather than the name of our publication which is in the headline.

Hello @JulieL34 ,

Looking in your account, I'm not seeing any standard landing page forms in the Campaigns, including recent deletions. Are you referring to the Legacy sign up form found under Sign up forms navigation bar tab > Basic Landing Pages? If so, the title of that can be explicitly edited.

If the issue is what appears as the name in the browser tab, that is derived from the Organization Name in your Settings. Beyond that, there's no other way to really edit the name that appears in the tab for the Legacy LGLP. If you're wanting more creative control over your signup forms, I'd recommend using the modern LGLP, and instead linking that where you have the legacy one linked. Please bear in mind that at this time, the form automatically included at the top of an email's webpage version will only link to the Legacy LGLP.
