site speed

The site is EXCEPTIONALLY slow today - is almost timing out while working on campaigns. Please help.

Hello @DebbieM731,

We hope you were able to get a good connection to our site. If not, can you please run a speed connection test? You can search the web for great sites out there that will help you to determine if it is a connection issue. We know that there needs to be at least 2 kbps for a good connection.

 

You may also want to try connecting to our site by going into incognito mode. If you are able to have a good connection using the incognito mode you may want to consider cleaning out your cache and history and possibly your cookies. This will help clean out the browser's backlog of information.
