social media link missing

Hi, I always had the option to share our newsletters to our twitter account. I see in your help forum that there should be a social share button once I send a newsletter but it isn't there. Our account is for GPI Equipment. Thank you, Nicole Ponte

Re: social media link missing

Hello @GeorgeP3,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look in your account and it looks like the reason why the Social Share option is not available for you is because you are using a Custom Code email template instead of a regular Newsletter Email template. In order to share these Custom Code emails on social media you will have to use the "Share URL" option in the top right hand corner when you click on the title of your email.

Re: social media link missing

Hi @GeorgeP3

Thank you for your patience as we looked into this!  I am following up on the issue you reported with Social Share not being an option for Custom Code emails. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The good news is we have received word from our engineers that the Social Share feature has been made available to custom code emails in the release of the new Advanced Custom Editor. If you are still experiencing this issue or if you have any additional questions on this please don’t hesitate to respond to this post as we would be happy to assist you further.
