Can you elaborate at all on your issue? Are you having trouble adding a link to a social platform for an email's social media buttons? Or is your issue with adding a link to a social post?

I want all of my emails to also be placed on our social media sites.

You'd need to setup a social post for each email after it's scheduled / sent.
