Hi, I was trying to use the social media sidebar that is a button option when setting up the header options. I turned the social media sidebar on and sent a test email, but then when clicking on any of the buttons I get a screen shot of all the icons that can be shared. I don't think this is really how this is supposed to be working. My guess is that the recipient should be able to click on the button be taken to the company page for the selected social media. However, there is the possibility that I'm not understanding what this feature is or how to use it correctly.
Hello @ReliantPartners. Thanks for coming into the Community! We'd be happy to help you with your inquiry. I believe that you are asking about the social media share bar that is available in the Header Options. This feature allows your contacts to share your campaign on their own social media accounts and various blog pages.
In your email, you do also have the ability to add social media icons that link to your company's social media pages. Here is a link to our Help Center that explains how to add these icons. Hope this helps!
