something is not working

I imported a contact list and created a custom field named Age Range but when i am trying to create a new segment with a certain age it doesn't work

It doesn't look like that particular custom field setup is going to work with the segmentation tool at this time. I'd recommend doing a regular contact search to find contacts within the age ranges you specify, add those contacts into newly made lists that correspond to their age range custom field, then you can use those age-range-lists in your segments.
