Normally I'd say it sounds like you're referring to the subscription update emails, the frequency of which can be modified (including turning off) through the Reporting tab of your account.
However, seeing as this Community profile is associated with a trial account, you shouldn't be receiving those emails period. Are you able to provide a screencap of these spam emails' headers? Or are you able to block the address in your email program?
