subscriber activity on inactive account

I closed my account 6 months ago and I continue on a regular basis to get subscribers to my lists. This is not helpful at all. Let me know how to make this stop!

Hi @MindyS715!

 

I'm sorry you've been getting those notification emails of new subscribers to a cancelled account! I was able to go in and turn off those notifications. If you have any sign-up forms active on your website, we recommend that you take those down, as they do still work to collect email addresses, even if the account is cancelled. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I don't have any signups on the website, so I'm not really sure where they are coming from. That's probably the second most frustrating part. 

Hello @MindyS715. I can understand why you would want people to not be able to access those sign up forms. Although we are not able to locate the forms for you, I did speak with an upper level of support and they are going to look into this further for you to see what we can do. They will reach out to the main contact email that was on the account.
