Several days ago I contacted CC support seeking a resolution to a draft email I wasn't able to edit . There was a buffering symbol in place of the image of the draft. The support person tried to fix it and eventually deferred to a "specialist" who was to contact me soon after. Since then, nothing, and I now see that chat and contact with CC has been suspended.
Anyone have an idea about how I can get help from CC on this matter?

So far our chat and phone support have been operating under their normal business hours. When you tried to contact us again, did you receive any error messages? I'd love to troubleshoot this and make sure I get the information to the right people.
I did review your account and I saw that you spoke with a Chat agent yesterday and they deferred your case to our advanced support team. It looks like they're still investigating, but I have reached out to the team to ask for an update. They should be following up with you, but if not I'll write back here with more information.
I heard back from the advanced support specialist assigned to the case and they are currently reviewing it and working with another department to try and resolve the matter. They could not give me an exact ETA on when it will be resolved, but once they provide me with more information I will let you know.
